To have both meaning AND success, you also need to know your career persona, which defines WHAT type of work you’re naturally gifted at, AND it also helps you understand the real value you provide to your employer. Guess what? When you know your value, it is easier to get the job you want, and to earn more because you are doing work you’re NATURALLY gifted at.
